SHIPPING POLICY

Most purchases are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pearland, Texas. In the event of a delay we will notify you by mail or e-mail. Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. BOX. We will ship to foreign countries but regret the delay of the shipment’s arrival and will also have an additional shipping charge in addition to our regular shipping charges.

A $15.00 additional charge per address can be arranged if we receive your order by 3 p.m. (Central Time) Monday - Thursday; orders placed on Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Pleas note that the charge for RUSH delivery is in addition to our regular shipping charges listed above. This RUSH service is not available for oversized items.

Because furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, we have a Delivery Surcharge. These charges will be added in addition to regular shipping charges.

We regret that we will not be able to ship oversized items to foreign countries, including Alaska and Hawaii.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a currency converter in our store, but several Web sites provide this service.

Website offers, prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to display to you only those items which are currently available to order, and item status is refreshed frequently. However, it is possible that some items, sizes and/or colors will be out of stock at the time you order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with any product, Jelliebean Clothier, Inc. will be happy to replace a purchase or gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges within thirty days of the date of purchase. Products must be in their original condition, with all the tags intact.
